Delightfully surprised at how much I enjoyed Uncorked today. The meat & cheese platter was awesome! So much fun to nibble & chat with one of my best friends for long visit. Can't wait to go back!

What an amazing restaurant! The food all made from scratch. Everything was delicious. From the wine to food to the dessert. Fresh made coffees. Superior wine selection. Great local beers on tap. Service amazing. Owners wonderful. Chef even came out to make sure everything was to our liking. Can't say enough good things about Uncorked.

Great food ,beer and service.

Great concept. 48 wine taps, but about 10 of them were empty. Lots of chardonnay and dry white wines, no rieslings or sweet wines to be found which is our favorite. Food was very good, had flat bread and dessert. A suggestion would be to have a wider selection of wine in the wine stations, not just a handful of varieties.

Great staff!! Very nice tasting, and great craft beers on tap. Good conversation with friends. We will be back!

Indoor, outdoor seating. Wine tastings. Craft beers. Menu. Daily specials. Some desserts. Check website for events. Good place to buy a gift. Some staff is knowledgeable, some not so much. Pleasant place to meet friends for snack/light meal and a drink. Would be nice if outdoor seating had water or fire features and music, pretty flowers. They didnt when I was there, it lacked intimacy.

Uncorked is under new ownership. Great atmosphere, excellent selection of wines at competitive prices. The owner, Chala Boya, and her husband Thomas Boya are very professional, friendly, and care about making their customers feel right at home. I always get a warm welcome. Give the new Uncorked a try - you will be glad you did!!

Great selection, and that comes from someone who does not drink wine. On Wednesday all their house wines are $3 per glass. I had the wine of Judah it is an extremely sweet wine. It is generally a quiet spot. They also sell a card where you can use their wine machines rather than order by glass.

After purchasing multiple $100 gift certificates here for work related giveaways, I met with the rude owner. I was in the store today offering FREE advertising for his business at the Fall Festival of Durant Trails and Durant Trace (2 neighborhoods across the street from his business totaling in nearly 1500 homes) in exchange for a charitable NONmonetary donation for our Silent Auction for the child in our neighborhood diagnosed with Lymphoma. He was outright snippy and rude quoting, "I have to draw the line somewhere!" If this is how he feels supporting his own community, then that is how I should feel about supporting his business. When a business owner does not want to take part in helping the community within a 1 mile radius of their business, I have to wonder how do they truly feel about their patrons? I am appalled at this behavior and will take my business elsewhere.

Found this gem via a Groupon. Raleigh has some hidden gems and this is definitely one of them.

Nice bartender and food looked awesome.

My wife and I had a great, peaceful evening here. We had two beer flights and 4 courses of small plates. The marinated olive "tube" was great. We were not disappointed in anything we ate. Staff were friendly and engaging.

More wine dispensing machines. A little noisy for conversation. Shared a lovely Rose with friends.

Awesome wine equals great time! Nice selection of regional reds and whites with options of sample, half glass or fill glass pour. Price points clearly marked & it's a serve yourself wine bonanza (you use a key card which records your expenditures)... wild! 3 of us used the wine card option, plus ordered additional glasses not featured in the dispensery. The petite shiraz was an all around win for me tonight (fyi-its not in the dispensery). We werewere waited on hand and foot, with lots of attention from the charming host with his additional recommended sections and colorful descriptions. Our dinner companion took a full bottle home tonight, couldnt resist! And fyi, food was great too. We feasted on BAKED BRIE, Dutchess flat bread and the jazzy curred meat, cheese, jams, baggett, amonds, olives and all around goodness platter... yowza. Inviting atmosphere for sure. Regretted being to full for dessert! Hubby says expresso was super. We will be back!
